PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BRINGING YOUR PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME

Your first time here you must register inside the office to receive a grower number. This will be your permanent number to bring goods to the market.

You will be required to show I.D. to receive your number and your information may be verified at any time. We must have your current address, phone number/s, driver’s license/state I.D. number, and a copy of your driver’s license/state I.D. on file in order for you to receive a number.

Only the person/s listed on your account can deliver/sell items with your number. No sharing of numbers is allowed. No exceptions. This is for your safety as well as the markets.

When you bring items to the market, you must fill out a consignment order sheet COMPLETELY and ACCURATELY including quantity, description, and reserve price (if needed) for each item you bring. You also have to fill out and apply stickers COMPLETELY and ACCURATELY for each item you bring. You are responsible unloading, stacking, and labeling all your items.

All items must be of good quality when brought into the auction. We reserve the right to refuse to sell any item of inferior or poor quality, as determined by market staff. Where a clear misrepresentation of quality or quantity has been made by the seller, we reserve the right to withhold payment until proper restitution has been made by the seller.

Items with a reserve price will only be sold the first auction under reserve price. If item has not sold after the first auction, it will be sold after that for any price unless you come and pick said item up. It is your responsibility to find out if your item sold and pick item up before the start of the next auction day. We are not responsible for items that sold for less than the reserve after 1st auction day.

Items will only be retained for sale at the auction for 1-3 days depending on perishability. After that items will be removed from the auction and it is seller’s responsibility to pick items up. It is the seller’s responsibility to find out if their items sold or not. Any items not picked up will be disposed of by auction staff. Any charges incurred as a result will be forwarded on to the seller.

YOU MUST NOTIFY AN AUCTION STAFF MEMBER WHEN YOU PICK ANY ITEM UP. We are not responsible for loss of items before, during, or after the sale. We are not responsible for damages incurred during loading and unloading of items to vehicles, trailers or whatever means of transportation you may be using.
